As the professional body for quality practitioners, the CQI (Chartered Quality Institute), formerly the IQA (Institute of Quality Assurance), provides training, education and information on a range of quality issues. The CQI Certificate programme has been designed to assist quality practitioners in acquiring the relevant skills needed in their employment.
